Karen Mörsch

UK raised but making Germany her home for the last 20 years, Karen has held senior management positions within VAG Group, MIL Research and NOP Research before establishing companies of her own.

She is now Managing Director of a group of businesses in both Germany and the UK. Her work at ideas+visions – who specialise in the automotive and FMCG sectors – allowed her to recognise the business opportunity within the fast growing luxury sector.

Happily Karen’s business success has allowed her to enjoy the benefits of the sector herself. Golf and skiing go a long way to offsetting the effects of the fine restaurants she enjoys.

But she does admit to being a nightmare for personal shoppers the world over.
