Stephan Maas

Stephan’s background is in the implementation of processes and restructuring of organizations.

Having started his career as Project Manager responsible for „Implementing Shareholder Value” within a precursor of today's E.on Group he was appointed Controller of o-tel-o communications, later sold to Vodafone. In 1999 he became a Senior VP of Peek & Cloppenburg, the largest German high end fashion retailer. In this position, Stephan was responsible for Controlling and M&A activities of the Group in Germany, Austria, Benelux and Poland.

Stephan grew up in Germany and Northern Italy (Piedmont and the Riviera) where quality, style and luxury are a way of life.
